Enrich your home with colour, history and culture.

Yinka Ilori’s graphic and brightly hued OMI BOWL takes inspiration from the word “omi” meaning “water” in the language of Yoruba. Looking at the history of London’s Royal Docks and the deliveries of Caribbean rum, sugarcane, coffee, tobacco and so much more, this colourful artwork celebrates the exchange of cultures and the oceanic routes the ships would sail.

Teaming up with a small supplier in Portugal on a collection of stoneware serveware, each piece is individually hand-finished and hand-moulded for a slightly irregular and organic shape.

Complete the set with the matching OMI plate.

Please note that due to the decal process there may be slight imperfections on the surface, which adds to the charm of the item.
