UK DELIVERY

- Standard (2-3 working days): £5.95, free on orders over £150
- Express (1-2 working days): £9.95

Order before 3pm Monday - Friday for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

YIO delivers worldwide with the help of our couriers. For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs charges.

EUROPE

- Standard (2-6 working days): £15
- Express (2-4 working days): £30

USA

There are no duties to the USA for orders up to $800.

- Standard (6-12 working days): £30
- Express (3-6 working days): £40

REST OF WORLD

- Standard (6-12 working days): £30
- Express (3-6 working days): £40

Place your order before 11am UK time Monday - Friday for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next business day.

Stay up-to-date and track your YIO delivery using the tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. If you have not received one, please get in touch at store@yinkailori.com.

We are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an order once it has been placed.

Larger items such as the YIO stools and pouffe are only available to be shipped within the UK.

If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned back to us and will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the redelivery.
