RETURNS

Making a return at Yinka Ilori Objects is simple and easy.

Customers have 14 days after receiving their item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@yinkailori.com.

We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. We do not provide free returns shipping, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom orders, including our custom rugs, are final sale and can not be returned.

EXCHANGES

Goods can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us at store@yinkailori.com to request an exchange.

We do not provide free returns shipping and it will be the responsibility of the customer to track the item.

Once we receive the item, please allow 7 working days for us to process your exchange. Exchanges are void if the product has been damaged or dirty from use.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item. We will be able to evaluate the issue and make it right.
